Please read the entirety of this policy. By scheduling, you agree to the terms of the salons policy. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no less than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service scheduled. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, will need to be rescheduled and may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be subject to a partial or full service charge. No kids To guarantee the comfort of all our clients and the quality of service, we do not allow children in the salon unless they’re receiving the service. Failure to follow this policy will result in rescheduling your appointment and may incur a cancellation fee. If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. This establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or can pose a threat to this business. Our salon pricing may occasionally vary on select services and due to us all being independent stylists/techs. Thank you for respecting and understanding our policy.
